Our relationship with Waterfull started with it’s Executive Director Joseph Uhlman coming to Rwanda at the end of Summer 2012. He stayed and worked with our team for 2 weeks, where he completed one water well in the Eastern Province. We admire the work Joseph and his team are doing, especially the fact that the are currently raising funds on our behalf.
